Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Cloutbase we strive to deliver every order successfully. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our SMM panel services and account marketplace.

2. SMM Panel Services — Automatic Refunds

The following situations trigger an automatic wallet refund:

Order fails to start

If your order fails to begin processing within 24 hours of placement, you will receive a full automatic refund to your Cloutbase wallet.

Order cancelled by provider

If our service provider cancels your order for any reason, you will receive a full automatic refund to your wallet.

Partial delivery

If an order is partially delivered, you will receive a proportional refund for the undelivered portion. For example, if you ordered 1,000 followers and only 600 were delivered, you will be refunded for 400.

3. SMM Panel Services — Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
  • Order has been completed and delivered as described
  • Follower/engagement drop after successful delivery (this is normal and not covered)
  • Incorrect link provided by the user
  • Private or restricted account at time of order
  • Account deleted or deactivated after order placed
  • Order cancelled after processing has begun
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

4. Account Marketplace — Refund Policy

Account marketplace purchases follow stricter refund rules due to the nature of the product.

Eligible for refund:

  • Account credentials do not work as provided
  • Account details significantly different from listing (followers count off by more than 20%)
  • Account is recovered by original owner within 48 hours of transfer

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of account transfer.

NOT eligible for refund:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Account suspended by platform after transfer
  • Failure to secure account after transfer
  • Account recovery by original owner after 48 hours of transfer
  • Accounts that match listing description exactly

5. How to Request a Refund

For non-automatic refund requests:

  1. Log into your Cloutbase dashboard
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Find the relevant order
  4. Click "Request refund"
  5. Provide reason and any supporting details
  6. Our team will review within 24–48 hours

Alternatively, email us at support@cloutbase.net with your order ID and reason for refund.

6. Refund Method

All approved refunds are credited back to your Cloutbase wallet balance. We do not issue refunds to original payment methods (cards, bank accounts) unless required by law.

7. Refund Timeline

  • Automatic refunds: instant to wallet
  • Manual refund reviews: 24–48 hours
  • Approved manual refunds: credited within 24 hours of approval

8. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks very seriously. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in permanent account suspension and may result in legal action to recover funds. Please contact support@cloutbase.net before initiating any chargeback.
