2. Description of Service

Cloutbase is a social media growth platform that provides:

• Social media marketing (SMM) panel services including followers, likes, views, and engagement across major social platforms
• A verified social media account marketplace where users can purchase aged social media accounts
• Order management, wallet funding, and account management tools

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cloutbase. By using our platform you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Registration

To use Cloutbase services you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Wallet and Payments

• All wallet funds are held in USD
• Minimum wallet funding amount is $3.00
• Payments are processed securely via Paystack
• Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts
• We do not offer cash withdrawals of wallet balances except in cases of verified service failures
• All transactions are final unless covered by our Refund Policy

6. SMM Services

• All SMM services are delivered by third-party providers
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We do not guarantee that services will never drop or decline after delivery
• Use of our services must comply with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms
• We are not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans that may result from using our services
• Cloutbase does not endorse or encourage violation of any platform's terms of service

7. Account Marketplace

• All accounts listed on our marketplace are sold as-is
• Cloutbase acts as an intermediary between buyer and seller
• All account sales are final after transfer is confirmed
• Buyers are responsible for verifying account details before purchase
• Cloutbase is not responsible for any post-transfer issues including account recovery by original owners

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our platform
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers
• Resell our services without authorization
• Use automated tools to abuse our platform
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Cloutbase including logos, designs, text, and software is the property of BLACK HUSTLR VENTURES LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloutbase and BLACK HUSTLR VENTURES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloutbase, BLACK HUSTLR VENTURES LTD, and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Cloutbase after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
